Back in the days, the Aztecs utilized volcanic stone for producing hunting tools, kitchen utensils, and ornaments. Today hundreds of artisans from Teotihuacán safeguard this tradition and produce handicrafts as a tribute to 'Tonatiuh', God of the Sun; and 'Meztli', Goddess of the Moon.
